Esports Club Teams Try Outs

Monday-Tuesday, Sept. 9-10, at 7 p.m.

To try out, simply fill out the specific game’s form and be in the proper Discord lobby at tryout time. UCC and WMU Esports Arena space will be available for those who want to use it.

Tryout Times

Each tryout will take place on Discord during its designated time block below. It is expected that you will have access to a PC and ready to go at the start time. We will not wait on late participants to start tryouts. Look forward to seeing all of you out there! Good luck!

WMU Esports Club Teams will provide

Practice environment

Competitive teams meet and practice (2-3) times per week. Team practices and scrims will be held against collegiate club and varsity teams.

Dedicated space for competition

Competitive teams practice in Western’s state-of-the-art training facility, with the absolute highest Internet speeds, FPS and monitor refresh rates.

Future online gaming opportunities

WMU Esports Club will continue to expand its roster of games. Western Michigan University is committed to pioneering new initiatives within collegiate esports while helping to shape the future of this expanding industry.
